Meet the Founder .

When life changed in a way Natalie hadn't expected, she began understanding wellbeing differently.
....
"It wasn't about perfect routines or becoming the best version of myself. It was about finding ways to feel a little more like myself again, without feeling pressure.
A walk.
A quiet morning.
Writing things down.
Making space for what I was actually feeling.
By appreciating these 'bigger' things in life, I was still left feeling as though I didn't 'fit' in the modern world of wellbeing, which appeared to ask me to do more, improve more and keep up with certain standards.
I wanted something gentler. Something that allowed for the days when life didn't go to plan. Something that didn't ask us to be perfect before we could begin looking after ourselves."
Where it began .

Before Satūra became Satūra, Natalie wrote The Low Pressure Journal, created with a simple idea that we don't need to be 'at a certain point' to begin. We can start exactly as we are.
That first journal became the beginning of something bigger.
It became the beginning of a wellness brand built for people who want permission, not pressure.

The more conversations Natalie had with people, the more she heard that others also felt this same standard, seeking a little more ease in this already pressurised world. They wanted permission to miss a day, permission to lose momentum, permission to return without guilt.
It was quickly clear that it was never just about a journal. It was about creating a space that welcomes people back. Even after life happens.
Because wellbeing doesn't have to begin when life finally slows down. It belongs right here:
In the middle of busy days.
Half-finished routines.
Good weeks.
Difficult ones.
The name .

The name Satūra is inspired by two Sanskrit principles.
Satya | truth
Santosha | contentment
Together, they hold a simple belief:
Peace isn't found in perfection.
It begins when we meet ourselves honestly,
exactly as we are.
